"Superb Restoration"

Dear Michael and Lisa,

This is a long overdue thank you for the superb restoration you've done of our beloved Weaver grand.  We've been holding off until we could get around to taking some photos so you could see our piano in its new home -- our dining room -- i.e., former dining room.

We want you to know that your customer service (as well as your restorations) are non pareil!  From the first contact (actually 6 years ago) throughout the entire 4 month restoration process we couldn't have been more accommodatingly 'handled.' Our many questions and phone calls were always taken courteously and patiently by Lisa, with genuine concern and were always given a friendly, prompt response by you; Bob continues your company's quality of service 'in the field.'
